Refurbishment of a live/work unit within a grade-II listed building on the Regent's Canal.

Work was completed in two phases. We initially revealed and restored hidden details of the building's historic fabric for the building's owner, Urban Lime. Our new additions and finishes were designed to reflect the robustness of the space's industrial past as a Victorian Printing Works.

Once the shell refurbishment was complete, digital media agency Konbini moved into the unit. They asked us to customise the space for their needs. We designed a bar counter and a meeting room storage unit, using the same design language we used for the shell.
