1Rebel Oxford Circus, London W1

1Rebel Oxford Circus is our eighth project for 1Rebel. An adaptive re-use project, the gym is situated in the shell of the old BHS store off Oxford Street and looks for inspiration to the site's previous life as one of the loading bays that service the high-street.
 
In adapting the site, we have taken care to retain remaining traces of the building’s past uses and supplement these with a sensitive insertion of two acoustically isolated studios and a new mezzanine structure that houses the changing facilities.
